As a hometown florist, we take pride in every aspect of the design business. We deliver to Valley City, Oriska, Tower City, and to Buffalo. Cut off times for delivering are 10:30 for AM deliveries, and 3:30 for PM deliveries. Dakota Rose is happy to meet your floral needs.
